1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ik33 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "ik33") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the ik33 platform, including the website at ik33.im, any associated mobile experience, and all games, betting markets, promotions, and support services offered through the platform.

By completing the registration process on ik33, accessing any part of the platform whether logged in or not, or by placing any bet, wager, or game stake, you are confirming that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understood their contents;
• You agree to be legally bound by every provision contained herein;
• You meet all eligibility requirements described in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party;
• All information you have provided to ik33 during registration or at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of ik33 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and any game-specific, promotion-specific, or bonus-specific terms published on the platform, all of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and ik33.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of ik33 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously. You represent and warrant that at all times while using ik33:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ik33 is an adult-only platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, betting, or accessing any real-money game on the platform. Any account found to be operated by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You are accessing ik33 as an individual for personal, recreational entertainment purposes only. Corporate entities, automated systems, and commercial operators may not open player accounts.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an ik33 employee involved in platform operations, game development, or payment processing for ik33.
• You are not using any VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access controls or to misrepresent your location.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order voluntarily placed on your ik33 account or any equivalent self-exclusion in any other jurisdiction that would prohibit your access to online gambling services.

ik33 serves players located in Bangladesh. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited under the laws, regulations, or ordinances applicable to you in your specific location. ik33 does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform in contravention of local laws.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To participate in real-money betting or gaming on ik33, you must open a single registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.

One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active ik33 account at any time. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods are used — constitutes a breach of these Terms. ik33 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, pending balances will be reviewed, and bonus winnings will be voided.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ik33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ik33 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat or at support@ik33.im.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: ik33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account matching the registered mobile number);
• Source of funds documentation for high-volume accounts.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and may delay or prevent withdrawal processing. ik33 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of an account suspension pending KYC completion.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on ik33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ik33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are supported on the ik33 platform:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ik33 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile financial services. ik33 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ik33 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500;
• Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours (BST, UTC+6);
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–4 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time banking hours;
• ik33 reserves the right to apply enhanced review to withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk flags, which may extend processing times up to 48 hours.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus balances and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the applicable wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

ik33 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal pending fraud investigation, KYC completion, or bonus abuse review. In cases where fraudulent activity is confirmed, ik33 reserves the right to close the account and refer the matter to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ik33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement — a specified multiple of the bonus amount that must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; expired bonuses are voided along with any associated balance.

Eligible Games: Not all games on ik33 contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) compared to slots (which typically contribute 100%). Sports bets placed at odds of less than 1.50 may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely.

Bonus Abuse: ik33 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting low-risk hedging strategies across multiple markets to guarantee bonus clearance, colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements, and placing opposing bets on the same event across different accounts. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, and potential recovery of any previously withdrawn amounts generated through abuse.

ik33 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already in progress for a player will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of activation. ik33 also reserves the right to decline any player's participation in any promotion at its sole discretion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on sports markets via ik33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and event type, published in the Rules section of the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all sports and markets:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and binding once you have received an explicit confirmation message and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. ik33 is not responsible for bets that fail to be submitted due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and event. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation and may be adjusted by ik33 for specific events, during high-traffic periods, or for individual accounts subject to risk review.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. In-play odds in particular may shift rapidly. If the odds displayed at the time you submit your bet slip have changed, you will be presented with the new odds and given the opportunity to accept or decline.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void and stakes returned in circumstances including event cancellation, abandonment, postponement beyond a defined timeframe, or the discovery of a clear error in the published odds (palpable error). ik33's decision in such matters is final.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are available on cricket, football, darts, kabaddi, and other selected sports. In-play bets are accepted at the sole discretion of ik33 and may be suspended at any time. Bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event or incident has been determined will be voided.

All casino games, slot titles, and live dealer games on ik33 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) sourced from licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available within individual game information panels. ik33 does not modify RTP settings for any game title.

ik33 reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or reverse any game round or bet where a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure is identified that may have materially affected the fairness of the outcome. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ik33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or operating more than one player account;
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or software to interact with the platform in place of manual human activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated through exploitation of platform errors are not payable;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live casino, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner that disadvantages ik33 or other players;
• Match-fixing, insider-information betting, or any form of corrupt influence over sporting events on which bets are placed on ik33;
• Money laundering, or using ik33 as a vehicle for any financial transaction intended to conceal the source of funds;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an ik33 account;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ik33 staff or other players via any communication channel.

ik33 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units when lawfully required to do so. Player account data and transaction records may be disclosed to authorities pursuant to a valid legal order without prior notice to the account holder.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your ik33 account at any time by contacting our support team via 24/7 live chat or by emailing support@ik33.im. Upon receiving your closure request, ik33 will process the closure and return your available real-money balance (less any pending bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) to your registered payment method, typically within 3 business days.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who wish to close their account due to problem gambling concerns may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible. During the self-exclusion period, ik33 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the individual from opening a new account. Suspension by ik33: ik33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Receipt of a chargeback, reversal, or dispute by a payment provider linked to the account;
• Any activity that, in ik33's reasonable judgement, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, the safety of other players, or ik33's regulatory standing.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ik33 will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension within a reasonable timeframe. If an investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed promptly.

ik33's decisions on account matters — including suspensions, closures, and balance forfeiture — are final and binding, subject to any dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms. All disputes must be raised in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.
